The trustees of Roydon village hall are in the process of amending the Governance arrangements of the hall, they are bound to make these changes available for the residents of Roydon to view and make comment on. Therefore, they would like to invite interested parties to view the current, and proposed document between 21st September and 19th October. The documents are in the files on the village hall Facebook page, they can also be emailed to interested parties, and they will be physically available in the foyer of Roydon village hall on Sundays between 9.30 and 10.30am, as well as Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 6pm and 7pm – please only enter the foyer, and do not remove documents form the hall at any time. IMPORTANT NOTE, there will be groups using the hall during these times, so please be as quiet as possible in order to keep disturbance to a minimum.
