The Brewers Green Management Committee is pleased to share an update on the recent restocking of the fishing pond located on Brewers Green, opposite the Manor House.

Last year, the committee determined that some replenishment of fish stocks was necessary to maintain a healthy and thriving pond environment. After consulting with local fishery expert Will Farrow, we have now successfully introduced three sizeable Rudd and approximately 25 Perch into the pond. This marks the first stage of the restocking process, with a second batch of fish expected to be introduced shortly.

A huge thank you goes to Kate Jones, who coordinated the restocking effort, and to Will Farrow, who generously provided expert advice and supplied the fish free of charge. Their contributions are greatly appreciated and will help ensure the pond remains a vibrant habitat for wildlife and a great spot for local anglers.
