Following the submission of the proposed Diss & District Neighbourhood Plan and supporting documentation to South Norfolk Council and Mid-Suffolk District Council in July this year, the local planning authorities have (in accordance with paragraph 6 of Schedule 4B of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990) made an initial assessment of the documentation and are satisfied that the submitted material complies with the specified criteria.
The DDNP has now progressed to its Regulation 16 consultation, open from 2nd November until 16th December, before moving on to independent examination.
Please see the flyer below for information on how to access the consultation run by South Norfolk District Council, or go to the DDNP website http://ddnp.info for further information and links to the consultation papers online. Alternatively you can access paper copies to read in the church during daylight hours.
