• Saturday 14th June 2025– Litter Pick and result of the Big Green Photo Competition

Photo Competition Rules

• Councillors and employees of Roydon Parish Council, as well as their immediate families, are not eligible to enter.
• All photographs will be judged on composition, originality, appeal and theme.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• There will be no cash alternatives to the prizes offered.
• Photos of pets, captive and zoo animals are not permitted.
• Photographs should be taken in Norfolk or Suffolk.
• All entries must be the original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party.
• The entrants must be the sole owner of copyright in all photographs entered and must have obtained permission of any people featured in the entries or their parents/guardians if children under 16 are featured.
• Entrants will retain copyright in the photographs that they submit to Roydon Parish Council. By entering the competition all entrants grant Roydon Parish Council the right to publish and exhibit their photographs in its publications, on its website and social media feeds, for example Facebook. No fees will be payable for any of the above uses. Entrants agree to their names being published in the previously mentioned media.
• By entering, entrants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules.
• If the winner is unable to be contacted after reasonable attempts have been made, Roydon Parish Council reserves the right to offer the prize to second place entrance.
